Terms of use
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms cover your use of the Nonogram Nook app, made by TJ. By using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms apply as well.
Playing
The daily puzzle is free. You can use the app for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy the puzzles out of the app to publish or sell them.
Nicknames and groups
Pick a nickname that's fine for anyone to see. No slurs, insults, sexual content or pretending to be someone else. Play fairly on leaderboards.
Other players can block you or report your nickname or a result. We can remove a nickname, a result or a group, or stop an account from using the leaderboards, if we think it breaks these rules.
Your data
Our privacy policy says what we store and how to delete it.
Puzzle art
Many puzzle pictures are based on artwork released under open licences. Thank you to the people who made them:
- Kenney (1-Bit Pack, Animal Pack Redux and Board Game Icons), CC0
- Noto Emoji by Google, Apache 2.0
- Fluent Emoji by Microsoft, MIT
- Phosphor Icons, MIT
- Material Symbols by Google, Apache 2.0
- Pixelarticons by Gerrit Halfmann, MIT
The rest are our own drawings.
No warranty
We work to keep the app running and the puzzles correct, but it's provided as it is, without any warranty. We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
